They are currently seeking general warehouse labor positions for their distribution center.Hourly Rate: $15.00Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM- 3:30PM (Hours and days may vary depending on business needs)Background Screening RequiredWhat You'll DoYou will review customer orders, locate, prepare, and pack merchandise.Ensure each order is accurate and ready for shipment.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy using radio frequency (RF) scanners.Sort packages by destination to create bulk orders.Assist with unloading trucks and organizing boxes.Collaborate with other departments when needed.What You Need to QualifyPrior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products throughout the shift.Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, if applicable.What Physical Activities Will You Do?Constant standing, walking, and sitting while operating a forklift (100%).Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (70%).Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 20 lbs. regularly (70%)About UsAt Avalon Services Group, we provide reliable and compliant staffing solutions to warehouses, logistics centers, and distribution centers across the nation.
