Maintenance ElectricianRed River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support plant operations at our Union City, OK manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining plant reliability through electrical, PLC, and automation system maintenance.The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and PLC-controlled systems throughout the plant. This position supports safe operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with maintenance and production teams.Key responsibilities include:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems plant-wideMaintain and update electrical prints and ensure secure copies of all PLC programs are stored in both the electrical shop and main officeManage inventory and maintain adequate supply of electrical partsPerform mechanical repairs and fabrication as neededDesign and create electrical control systems when requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all timesTake on additional assignments as needed to support plant operationsEducation:High school diploma or GED requiredPost-secondary technical training or equivalent preferredElectrical and PLC training preferredExperience:Five (5) years of electrical maintenance experience preferredWorking knowledge of PLCs strongly desiredAbility to troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC-controlled, and automated manufacturing equipmentSkills:Strong communication skills with internal teams and external customersAbility to learn full plant operations in a reasonable timeframe and follow detailed instructionsExcellent attendance and reliabilityStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsCommitment to a zero-harm, safety-first workplaceWork schedule:Approximately 50 hours per weekFlexibility to work any shift and hours based on operational needsWhat we offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Vacation plansStable employment with a leading manufacturer in the masonry industrySafety-focused, professional, and collaborative work environment
