The Fisher Organization represents the New England division of American Income Life, providing supplemental benefits to working families, including members of labor unions, credit unions, and associations.

We are expanding and seeking motivated, coachable individuals **across the United States** who are interested in building a career in insurance sales while developing valuable business and leadership skills.

## Position: Benefits Representative – Leadership Development Track

**Location: Remote – United States**

This is a **remote, entry-level insurance sales opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation.**

No previous insurance experience is required. Candidates do not need to hold an insurance license when applying but must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate insurance license in their home state before conducting licensed insurance activities.

Representatives begin by developing experience working directly with clients, learning our sales and service process, and building their knowledge of the insurance industry.

Individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability may have opportunities to advance into mentoring, training, and team-development responsibilities.

## What You'll Do

* Meet virtually with individuals and families
* Explain available supplemental insurance and benefit options
* Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Conduct virtual presentations and follow-up appointments
* Develop strong client relationships
* Participate in ongoing sales and professional-development training
* Track individual performance and activity
* Develop leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
* As you advance, assist with training and supporting newer representatives

## What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Goal-oriented and results-driven
* Comfortable communicating through Zoom and other digital platforms
* Strong organization and time-management skills
* Interest in sales, insurance, business, or leadership
* Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
* Degree not required

## Compensation

This is a **100% commission-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.**

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, sales activity, completed business, and the applicable commission structure.

## Insurance Licensing

An appropriate state insurance license is required before conducting activities that require a license.

**You do not need to be licensed to apply.**

Candidates must reside in the **United States** and be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate insurance license for their home state.
