ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians . This is a full-time, on-site role offering top-of-market union compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability .

This position is designed for senior-level diagnostic technicians with extensive hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical concerns
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with OEM and dealership standards

Requirements

• A-Level automotive technician skill set
• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong electrical and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities
• ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred (6 ASE or 1 OEM)
• Proven record of quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
